The room did have a bed that was actually made, which is a solid starting point if you're just looking for a place to crash. There were enough electrical sockets available to charge devices, so at least I didn’t have to worry about that during my stay.
Finding the place was a hassle. even the sat nav led me past it. The decor is as dated as a relic from the Ice Age, and the cleanliness could certainly use an upgrade. I spotted dirty marks on the walls and carpets that hadn’t seen a vacuum in days. The heating system was barely functional, making the room feel like a freezer, and the rickety electric radiator took forever to warm up. The TV channels were a nightmare, and I couldn't find a proper list. Worst of all, the bathroom was grimy, the toilet needed serious attention, and there were cold floors that made me wish I'd brought my slippers.
